2. Eligibility & Access
To use Leads On Tap, you must be 18 years or older. You agree to provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential.
3. Platform Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for spam or unsolicited communication
- Violate LinkedIn’s Terms of Service
- Interfere with the platform’s code, reverse-engineer, or replicate any features
- Engage in illegal or harmful activities while using the platform
We may suspend or terminate your access for misuse or violations.
4. LinkedIn Disclaimer
Leads On Tap is not affiliated with LinkedIn. You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn’s policies. Any actions taken by LinkedIn (e.g., account restrictions) are outside our control.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Leads On Tap is a paid subscription service.
- Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
- Charges are automatically processed to your saved payment method
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged again
We may update pricing with advance notice.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account
- No refunds are issued under any circumstances, including unused time or accidental renewals
- Failure to cancel in time will result in automatic billing for the next cycle
By using the platform, you agree to this no-refund policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform features, content, and code belong to Leads On Tap or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reuse any part of the service without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime, performance, or results. We are not liable for:
- Business interruption or data loss
- LinkedIn penalties or restrictions
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of the service is at your own risk.
9. Termination
We may terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid remain non-refundable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
